DESCRIPTION:Dear Members\,\n\n\n\nWe regret to inform you that our upcoming "New Member Mingle" event\, originally scheduled for this Friday\, will be postponed due to the anticipated high heat index and weather forecast.\n\n\n\nOur priority is to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants\, including the staff working the food truck at the event. Given the extreme weather conditions expected\, we believe it is best to reschedule the event to a later date when everyone can fully enjoy the experience.\n\n\n\nWe are currently working on securing a new date and will announce it soon. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.  We look forward to gathering with you soon and celebrating our new members!\n\n\n\nJoin us at the New Member Mingle event on June 21st\, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.  Come to our office at 1245 Napoleon Street in Fremont to meet and welcome the 37 new members we've added so far this year.
