Anything Goes
This class will keep you guessing and challenge you differently in every class! This class
is always tailored to improve the participant’s overall fitness – strength, cardio,
flexibility, agility and endurance! All fitness levels are welcomed. Modifications are
shown. The different formats will integrate different exercises to strengthen and tone the
whole body so participants will not get bored.
