Small Business Convention 2014

2014 Small Business Convention is coming!
Save the date for the largest small business convention in the Midwest, October 22-24.  Co-sponsored by The Chamber of Commerce of Sandusky County, the COSE Small Business Convention is the premier event for Small Businesses in the Mid-West. Partners from across the region come together to produce the ultimate experience for Small Business professionals, complete with four national keynote speakers, a business-to-business trade show, special events and unforgettable networking experiences.  

Speakers
The Chamber of Commerce of Sandusky County and COSE invite you to experience some of the most inspirational speakers from around the country to share in their stories, provide insight and help spark big ideas! This year's speakers include:

Bill Taylor – The former editor and co-founder of Fast Company magazine and author of the New York Times best seller “Mavericks at Work.”

Alison Levine – An adventurer and risk-taker, Alison has climbed the corporate ladder and Mt. Everest, having successfully completed the Adventure Grand Slam (climbing all seven summits).

Frans Johansson – Author of the best-seller, “The Medici Effect,” on how great ideas happen.

George Hedley – Founder of a major construction company that went from $0 to $50 million dollars in only 7 years.

Continuing Education Credits
The Small Business Convention features the opportunity for attendees to receive Continuing Education Credits. Specific workshops have been approved as continuing education accredited workshops for human resource professionals, CPAs and lawyers. HR Credits: Any workshop marked on the workshop grid marked with the HR Certification Institute Symbol qualifies.
