About Us

Occupational Therapist, with > 21 years of experience, provides specialized services known as "Cranio-sacral therapy" and "lymphatic drainage". Cranio-sacral, meaning head to tail, therapy is a light, non-invasive manual therapy.

Through applying Cranio-sacral therapy to my own body, I’ve healed through many personal events including postpartum complications, a face-plant over-the-handlebars bicycle accident in 2023, torn calf muscle, and many more. My children and husband have benefited from Cranio-sacral therapy which addressed bumps and bruises, difficulty breathing, bowel and bladder issues, shoulder pain, and birth complications.

I love the results patients receive and the light, non-invasiveness of the sessions. The addition of "Cranio-Sacral therapy" and "lymphatic drainage" creates diversity in my Occupational Therapy treatment. One patient, after a craniosacral treatment session stated, “It’s like someone is finally listening to my body and allowing it to heal through my experiences.” Providing these techniques in my private practice, allows everyone access to healing! I have used Craniosacral therapy treatment a half a thousand times. In the first quarter of 2026, 364 sessions, an average of 91 sessions per month.
